I love shooting weddings! The romance, the nerves, the setting, the formality: an endless opportunity for a photographer to capture 'that special moment'. And I believe that there is more to a wedding than just the ceremony and the group shots immediately afterwards:

The intimacy between the girls getting ready with the bride, the camradarie between the groom and his groomsmen, the smallest detail in the dress to the overall setting for the wedding. All these things make the wedding a whole.

The only way to really capture the wedding day is to have the photographer there all day. That's why I only offer one package: 6-8 hours of my time covering the bride and bridesmaid getting ready, some time with the groom before the ceremony, the ceremony, formal and informal, fun group shots and portraits after the first kiss, an hour to two hours portrait session with the bride and groom and continuing to the reception.

At least once before the wedding date, usually a week or so beforehand, I will talk with the bride and groom to get to know them a little. This also gives me an opportunity to get any final details from them about meeting times and places: It's your time to give me an idea of exactly what you want!
